In Block 2 we use Layer 2 cues that increase
intensity to warm the body further. Bring
awareness to which muscles we are warming
up, to bring everyone into their bodies. In Layer
3, Shared Energy, we use Positive Motivators
which are all about making people feel good!
Using lots of positive language here will create a
great vibe in the room and set the scene for the
workout ahead. · Bounce – take feet wider, bend knees deeper,
set hips back further
· Double Bounce
– drop into the legs to warm
them further
· Run – lift your feet higher, pick up the energy · Side Step Lunge – step wider, push off the side
of the foot to activate the glutes
· Tricep Pushup
– stay strong through the midsection
· Finish the Warmup feeling strong and good
to go!
· My Way… that’s the BODYATTACK way! · We’re gonna have some good times today! · We’re gonna get sporty, sweaty and feel the
high energy!
· Feeling energetic, feeling good, looking good
